Is there really no catch?
No catch. We believe that when people engage with Ari's features, everyone wins. You build better habits, your team gets stronger, and we get engaged users who see the value. The rewards are our investment in that relationship.
How do I redeem my points?
In your Ari dashboard, go to Rewards → Redeem. Choose from available gift cards, select your amount, and receive your code instantly via email. Most redemptions are processed within minutes.
When do points reset?
Points reset on the 1st of each month. There's no cap on how many points you can accumulate during the month, but make sure to redeem before the reset. This keeps the program fresh and gives everyone a fair chance each month.
Can my company see my individual rewards?
No. Your individual point balance and redemptions are private to you. Companies only see aggregate engagement metrics, never individual reward activity. Your privacy is protected.
What's the difference between startup and regular plans?
Startups in our Early-Stage Program can redeem up to $10/month (100 points). Regular plans can redeem up to $20/month (200 points). Both plans have no cap on accumulation—earn as much as you can!
