After that, each person authorizes their own Slack access for Ari and connects the tools they want, like their calendar and email.
No. Your conversations with Ari are private — they aren’t disclosed to, monitored by, or accessible to your organization or HR. Feedback you give through Ari is shared only in anonymous, aggregated form. For anything sensitive, ask Ari to talk off the record: an incognito session outside Slack that’s forgotten when it ends.
Only the ones Ari has been added to, and what Ari learns there stays there. Your personal Ari in DMs can’t see private channels at all, even ones you’re in. If you add Ari to a private channel, Ari won’t share anything from it with anyone outside the channel — including in a DM with one of its members.
No. Ariso doesn’t use your data for model training. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, with application-level encryption using keys unique to you or your organization, and Ariso employees can’t view your data unless you authorize it for support.
Yes. Under Org Settings → General → Channel Instructions, pick a channel and give Ari instructions to follow on every reply there — “always link the on-call runbook when someone reports an incident,” say, or “keep replies to three sentences.” Type /ari org in Slack to open the admin dashboard.
