These Terms & Conditions are the agreement between Ariso and anyone using ariso.ai or Ari, our AI management system for teams. They cover who may open an account, what you may and may not do with the service, ownership of the content you put into it and of the software itself, subscription and billing, warranties and limitations of liability, suspension and termination, and how disputes are handled. The full text below governs — the note here only says what is in it and where to find the rest.
Where an enterprise agreement, order form, or data processing addendum has been signed with Ariso, that document controls over these terms to the extent the two conflict. Questions about the terms, an enterprise agreement, or a DPA go to hi@ariso.ai.
