Meetings

Every meeting starts where the last one left off.

Before a call, Ari tells you who’s in it, what was said last time and what’s still open. During it, Ari takes the notes. After it, every action item that’s yours becomes a todo Ari keeps track of, linked back to the meeting it came from.

What’s different

A notetaker writes down the meeting. Ari remembers all of them.

01

Notes you’ll actually reread

A quick digest up top, then the key points, action items grouped by owner, and a private note only you can see. Ari works out what kind of meeting it was, like a 1:1, a sales call or an interview, and writes for that.

02

Memory across meetings

Ari connects each meeting to the earlier ones with the same people, so the notes call out what was promised last time and whether it happened.

03

Action items that don’t die in the doc

Your action items become todos, linked to where they were said. Ari checks overnight whether they’re done and closes the ones it finds proof for.

04

A bot on the call, or none at all

Let Ari join the call, upload a recording afterwards, or use Oats, our free desktop app, which records on your computer so nothing joins the meeting.

One Ari, not another app

It already knows what your other apps know.

Every Ari app reads from the same memory of your work, so nothing has to be copied between them, and each one gets better as you use the others.
