Questions

About the DISC test

Where does DISC come from?
The model goes back to psychologist William Moulton Marston’s 1928 book Emotions of Normal People. Its four styles are known today as Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. The twelve questions here are Ari’s own, the same ones it asks when you set it up.
Can I be more than one style?
Yes. When two styles tie for most of your answers, your result is a blend, like Dominance + Influence. And everyone uses all four, depending on the day: the test shows which you lean on most.
Why only twelve questions?
Twelve are enough to show a lean in about two minutes. It’s a starting point for working better together, not a diagnosis.
Is it free?
Yes, and there’s no account to make. Your answers aren’t sent anywhere while you take it. Saving your result to Ari is free too.

What’s your work style?
