Todos

The to-do list that fills itself in and checks itself off.

Most of what you owe people never makes it into a to-do app. It was said on a call, promised in a thread, or left in an email you meant to answer. Ari catches it there, ranks it, and checks every night for evidence it’s done.

What’s different

You stop being the one who has to remember.

01

Caught where you promised

Your action items from meetings, emails still waiting on your reply, and things you said you’d do in Slack or chat, each linked to its source. Tell Ari what counts in plain English, like “only explicit commitments.”

02

Checked off with proof

Every night Ari looks for evidence an open todo is done, like the reply you sent or the meeting that happened, and closes it with a note on how it knows. When it can’t tell, it says so.

03

Ranked, with reasons

Every todo carries a priority and Ari’s reasoning, so the top of the list is the top of your day. Critical items never quietly drop off it.

04

Hand it to Ari

“Ask Ari to handle this” turns a todo into work: a reply drafted, a meeting found, a first pass started. You review it, and Ari closes the todo when it’s done.

One Ari, not another app

It already knows what your other apps know.

Every Ari app reads from the same memory of your work, so nothing has to be copied between them, and each one gets better as you use the others.
