Questions

About the Strengths test

Where do the strengths come from?
The 36 strengths, their six domains and their definitions are adapted from the open OpenStrengths framework. The 72 statements are Ari’s own, two for each strength.
Is it a validated assessment?
No. It’s a starting point for reflection, not a verdict: a quick, free way to name what you do best and talk about it with the people you work with.
Why compare strengths with someone?
Because the best pairs rarely match. Seeing where your strengths overlap, and where theirs fill your gaps, is a quick way to decide who takes what.
Is it free?
Yes, and there’s no account to make. Your answers aren’t sent anywhere while you take it. Saving your top five to Ari is free too.
