Discover yourself

Better collaboration starts with better understanding.

Of yourself, and of the people you work with. Four free tests, two to ten minutes each, no account needed. Take one, then invite a teammate and see how you two work best together.

How it works

Know yourself. Then how to work with anyone.

A test tells you something about you. Taking it with someone tells you how the two of you work best.

  1. 1

    Take a test

Free, no account. Two to ten minutes, and your result stays in your browser until you save it.

  2. 2

    Invite someone

Send the link to a teammate, a manager or a friend. They see your result, then take the same test.

  3. 3

    See how you work together

Your results side by side: where you’re alike, where you differ, and what helps.

Save it to Ari

Your result, where your team can use it

Ari is the AI management system for teams, and it knows the people you work with. Save a result and it becomes part of how Ari, and your colleagues, know you.

On your profile and card

Every result you save shows on your profile and as a badge on your Collaboration Card, so the people you work with know how to work with you.

You among your connections

See the styles of the people you’re connected with in one view, with you in yours: “You’re an I among mostly D’s.”

Your team, side by side

A team’s page shows its members’ styles, types, Big Five and strengths together.

Invite from your contacts

Ask anyone to take a test from inside Ari. When they accept, you’re added to each other’s contacts.

Questions

About the tests

Is it really free?
Yes. Take any of the four tests without an account, as often as you like. Saving a result to Ari is free too.
Which test should I start with?
DISC, if you want the quickest read on how you work with others: twelve questions, two minutes. The Big Five is the most researched; Strengths tells you what you do best; 16 types gives you four letters to share.
Where do the questions come from?
DISC and 16 types are Ari’s own questions about work. The Big Five is the International Personality Item Pool’s public-domain 50-item markers. Strengths uses the open OpenStrengths framework (CC BY 4.0). Each test’s page has the details.
What happens to my answers?
Your answers aren’t sent anywhere while you take a test. Your result is kept in your browser, and if you sign up or sign in to Ari on that browser within 30 days, it’s saved to your profile. An invite link carries only your result’s headline (your style, your four letters, the Big Five traits that stand out, or your top five strengths), never your answers or scores.
