The relationships a company is built on, kept for you.
Run your round on a board Ari fills in from your email and meetings: every investor you’ve talked to, by stage, with what’s committed adding up. Your hires and your first customers get boards of their own. And when you need a way in to a partner, Ari finds a warm intro through people you actually know.
Instead ofthe fundraising spreadsheet, Clay, Dex
Your round, on a board
Start the Fundraising pipeline and Ari fills it in from your last 30 days of email and meetings, then keeps it current: each firm a card, its partners on it, its amount and the latest update. What you owe each firm is on its card, and you can share the board with your co-founder.
A warm intro to any partner
Type a firm, or “Partner at Lakeside”, and Ari lights up every route through people you know, scored by the weaker link. Ask “which investors am I close to?” and it answers from your real history.
Hire from your own network
The Hiring pipeline tracks candidates from Sourced to Hired. Each week Reconnect picks people worth a note, read against your goals: “You’re hiring a Head of Sales; Dana built Stripe’s sales team.”
Never walk into a pitch cold
Prep arrives before each meeting. For people outside your company, Ari researches them first and leads with what you share: a company or school you were both at, a city you’ve both lived in.
Every route to the partner you want.
Type a firm, a domain or “Partner at Lakeside”. Ari lights up every route to them through people you know, scored by the weaker link: how well you know your contact, and how well they know the partner. Pick one and Ari drafts the ask.
Your network, already built
Everyone you’ve emailed or met is in Contacts from day one. Import your LinkedIn connections and they’re in the routes too.
Through your team
With your team on Ari, routes also run through colleagues who know someone at the firm. Only names, titles and companies are shared.
Or just ask
“Who can introduce me to Elena Ruiz?” or “which investors am I close to?”, and Ari answers from your real history.

Customer calls update your CRM. Investor calls stay in your pipeline.
Connect HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio, and after each customer or partnership call Ari offers to update it from the notes: the meeting logged, new people added, the stage and next step moved. Investor meetings aren’t CRM records, so they stay in your Fundraising pipeline.

Only client calls
Sales, customer, service and partnership meetings with people outside your company. Your 1:1s, investor meetings and interviews never touch the CRM.
Ask me each time
The default. Your notes come with Update, Not this time and Always update automatically, and nothing is written until you’ve seen every change.
Or automatically
Ari makes the changes without asking, then tells you what it changed, record by record. Any instructions you’ve given it for your CRM apply.
After each call, or once a day
It follows your meeting notes: an update after each meeting, or one at the end of the day for all of the day’s client calls.
- Lumen will pilot with their ops team in December.
- Grace wants a usage export before they’ll pay.
- Check back after their board meeting on the 20th.
Want me to update Attio from this meeting? I’ll show you the changes before I make them.
