Your search, run like a pipeline.
Every application goes on one board, with the person on the other side of it: the recruiter, the hiring manager or whoever referred you, kept up to date from your email. Import your LinkedIn connections, type “Head of Design at Figma”, and Ari shows every route to the hiring manager, ranked by how warm each link really is, then drafts the ask.
Instead ofthe application spreadsheet, cold applying
Start from LinkedIn
Export your connections from LinkedIn and import the CSV. Ari merges them with everyone you’ve emailed or met, so you have a network to search on day one.
Every application on one board
The Job search pipeline runs from Interested and Applied through Screening, Interviewing and Offer. Each card is the person on the other side, the recruiter, the hiring manager or whoever referred you.
Walk into the coffee chat prepared
Ari researches whoever you’re meeting against your own profile and leads with what you share, a school you both went to or a company you were both at, with conversation starters to match.
Never forget a thank-you
Follow-ups Ari catches from your email and meetings land on the person they’re about, and the Follow up filter answers “who am I still on the hook to?”
A referral at the company you want.
Type a company, a role there, or paste someone’s LinkedIn link. Ari shows your own contacts there and who can introduce you, warmest first, each route only as warm as its weaker link. Pick one and Ari drafts the note asking for the intro.
Whoever knows them, first
Someone who knows the hiring manager themselves comes first, the rest warmest first. Hover a route’s bars to see why it’s rated as it is.
Already know them?
If the hiring manager is already one of your contacts, Ari says so and draws the line straight to them: no intro needed.
Or just ask
“Who can introduce me to Alex Rivera?” or “does anyone I know work at Figma?”, and Ari answers from your contacts.

It already knows what your other apps know.
Every Ari app reads from the same memory of your work, so nothing has to be copied between them, and each one gets better as you use the others.
Your next job is probably one intro away.
