From the call to the pipeline, without the typing.
Start the Sales pipeline and Ari fills it in from your email and meetings: each account a card with its people, its amount and the latest, every stage adding up. Already on HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio? After each client call Ari offers to update it from the notes, and shows you every change first. Before the next call, type an account to see every warm route in.

A pipeline that fills itself in
Start the Sales pipeline and Ari fills it in from your last 30 days of email and meetings, then keeps every card current: its people, an amount and the latest update. What you owe each account is on its card, red when it’s overdue.
Stages that add up
Eight stages to start, S1 Prospecting through Closed won and Closed lost. Rename them, reorder them or add your own, and give a card an amount to see each stage total.
Your CRM, updated after the call
After sales, customer, service and partnership meetings, Ari logs the meeting in HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio, adds attendees who aren’t there yet and moves the stage and next step, once you’ve seen the changes.
Prepped on every buyer
Before the call, Ari researches who’s coming against your own profile and leads with what you have in common, with conversation starters to match.
On a CRM already? It’s updated after every call.
Connect HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio, and after each client call Ari offers to update it from the meeting notes: the meeting logged, new attendees added, the stage and next step moved. Tell it how your team uses the CRM, and it follows those rules on every update.

Only client calls
Sales, customer, service and partnership meetings with people outside your company. Your 1:1s, investor meetings and interviews never touch the CRM.
Ask me each time
The default. Your notes come with Update, Not this time and Always update automatically, and nothing is written until you’ve seen every change.
Or automatically
Ari makes the changes without asking, then tells you what it changed, record by record. Any instructions you’ve given it for your CRM apply.
After each call, or once a day
It follows your meeting notes: an update after each meeting, or one at the end of the day for all of the day’s client calls.
- Their analysts rebuild the same report by hand every Friday.
- Nora in IT needs SSO and a security review before a pilot.

Shall I make these changes?
A warm route into any account.
Type a company, a domain or “VP Operations at Pinecrest”. Ari shows your own contacts there, colleagues who know them and colleagues with a line into the company, each route scored by its weaker link. Pick one and Ari drafts the ask.
Your team’s network too
With your team on Ari, routes also run through colleagues who know someone there. Only names, titles and companies are shared, never emails or notes.
Cards and QR codes at events
Scan a business card or a LinkedIn QR code and the contact is saved, then researched. A card whose email you already have updates that contact instead.
Everyone in a city
“Who do I know in Chicago?” finds everyone in and around it, and the map shows them, for the trip you’re planning.

It already knows what your other apps know.
Every Ari app reads from the same memory of your work, so nothing has to be copied between them, and each one gets better as you use the others.
